Introduction

An original family recipe that my family always threw together to use for all that good New Orleans style seafood. Ingredients

    1/2 c. Catsup (base of recipe)
    1 ts. Mayonnaise
    1 ts.Creole or Brown mustard
    Dash hot sauce
    1 ts. Worchestershire sauce
    1/4 ts. Lemon juice
    2 Tbs. Horseradish

Directions

Mix all together, adding more or less according to taste.

Shrimp Remoulade:
Cook shrimp in Zatarain's shrimp boil seasoning, according to directions. Cut into large bite size pieces. Place on bed of lettuce, & top with Romelaude sauce.

Serving Size: Makes appx. 5 (2Tbs.) servings
