Ingredients

    *Rice, Lundberg Orgainc Sushi Rice, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Maple Syrup, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 0.5 cup, grated (remove)
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    *Louis Kemp Crab Delights Imitation Crab, 1/2 cup svg, 2.5 cup (remove)
    Salt, .75 tsp (remove)
    *Emerald Cove Organic Pacific Sushi Nori, 10 serving (remove)

Directions

Cook rice, add rice vinegar, salt & syrup to rice and let cool. Spread 1/4c rice on bottom half of nori, then add other ingredients and roll.

Serving Size: Makes 10 rolls (each cut into 8 pieces)
