Ingredients

    2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
    2 Tbsp rice vinegar (or other mild flavored vinegar)
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp sesame oil
    2Tbsp sugar
    1/2 Ramen Noodle seasoning packet
    2 Tbsp lite soy sauce
    several grinds of pepper
    -----------------------
    15 oz. of broccoli cole slaw
    2 green onions, finely sliced
    1 package of ramen noodles (3.5 oz), crumbled

Directions

Mix the ingredients above the line for the dressing. Add the last three ingredients and mix throughly. Best if let sit overnight or long enough for noodles to soften.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings - 1 heaping cup each
