Ingredients

    4 Tblsp butter
    5 cloves of garlic
    1 1/5 c half and half
    1 c parmesan cheese
    4 oz cream cheese (softened)
    Fettucine noodles (12 oz)
    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic (after mincing) and stir but do not let it get brown. Add softened cream cheese and whisk together until incorporated. Slowly add half and half, stirring it into the cream cheese/butter/garlic mixture. Add parmesan cheese and cook until thickened.

Meanwhile, broil (or George Forman) boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned with salt/pepper. After broiling, cut into strips.

Boil pasta. Drain.
