Introduction

I'm not a big fish eater, but this preparation is delicious! The mango-peach salsa brings out all of the flavors of summer! I'm not a big fish eater, but this preparation is delicious! The mango-peach salsa brings out all of the flavors of summer!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 4oz Tilapia filets
    1 tbsp light margerine
    1 oz orange juice
    Pinch of garlic sea salt
    Pepper to taste
    2 tbsp Mango-peach Salsa

Directions

Place light margerine on foil. Place tilipia filets over top of margerine. Roll foil upwards to begin to create a foil pack. Add 1 oz of orange juice. Add garlic salt and pepper to season. Grill at 350 degrees in foil pack for approximately 10 minutes or until fish flakes apart.

Plate and top with mango peach salsa.

Serve with grilled zucchini or your favorite veggie and rice.

**This recipe can also be prepared in a pan.**
