Introduction

Ingredients

1 cup oats
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp molasses
1/4 cup chopped dried pitted prunes
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine sryup, oil, vanilla and molasses.
Add the wet to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Fold in chopped prunes. Roll into 12 balls and place on the baking sheet. Flatten tops. Bake 8 - 12 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
