Ingredients

    4 eggs
    10 oz. frozen spinach
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c fat free cheddar
    1 c fat free cottage cheese

Directions

Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a pie plate or round cake pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes four servings.
