Introduction

I loved this recipe from the WW cookbook. But I never liked all of the ingredients. So I adjusted it to how my family would eat it. I loved this recipe from the WW cookbook. But I never liked all of the ingredients. So I adjusted it to how my family would eat it.

Ingredients

    2 cups cornflakes
    0.5 cups flour
    3 eggs
    2 tbs. canola oil
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 chicken breast
    3 chicken thighs
    5 chicken legs

Directions

crush cornflakes in a freezer bag, add the flour to the bag. Put oil on bottom of baking dish. Preheat oven 450. Run chicken pieces through eggs, then through mixture, place in cooking dish. Cook on 450 for 40 minutes, flip all pieces, cook another 40 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
