    2 cups cooked spaghetti squash
    3 tb butter
    3 tb cream
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Stab squash several times and put it in the ;microwave on high for 12-15 minutes. Then slice it open, and scoop out and discard the seeds. Now take a fork and start scraping at the "meat" of the squash.
Stir all ingredients together and heat until the butter is melted.
(Can add some chicken or shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic.)

    really tasty! ( i didn't have any cream though) i added some grilled chicken breast, however I still have to get used to the texture of spaghetti squash. this was quick and easy - 8/4/08

    Loved it! I had a big squash (more than 2 cups) so added more butter which probably wasn't necessary. My family enjoyed this as well and said that this recipe is a keeper. Thanks for sharing it! - 4/20/08
