Ingredients

3 Chicken Breasts
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup of Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1 TSP of Margarine
30 Ritz Crackers
Directions
Preheat oven for 350
First, boil the chicken in water until they are cooked thoroughly. Once they are done, shred the chicken to 2 inch strips (or smaller if wanted).
While the chicken is cooking start preparing the cream sauce. Put the one can of Cream of Chicken Soup into the 1 cup of Sour cream and mix thoroughly (if you are not a sour cream fan put in less amount).
Once that is done mix with the chicken until evenly coated put into the casserole dish. Then take 30 Ritz crackers and smash into crumbs and add to the 1 TSP of maragrine, and top the casserole with crackers.
The put into the oven at 350 degrees for 5-10m, or until hot!
Depending on the casserole size,this will make 5-6 servings.
