Ingredients

    Mix together:
    1 lb lean ground hamburger
    .75 cooked brown rice
    .75 cup plain greek yogurt, non fat
    1 TB Milled flax seed
    .5 cup chopped onion
    .25 cup chopped celery
    .25 cup chopped green pepper ( or any other color)
    2 egg whites

    In a seperate bowl, mix together:
    8 TB ketsup
    2 tsp yellow mustard
    1/8 cup brown sugar

    Mix in approx half ketsup mixture into meat and spread the rest on the top.

    Bake for 60 or until done at 375.
