Introduction

Protein Packed and ideal for Bariatric/WLS patients in the mushy stage. I absolutely HATE canned tuna but it's a quick and easy protein filled meat that will help you get in your protein for the day. Ingredients

3 oz albacore tuna canned in water ( I used Chicken of the Sea), drained
1 can Fat Free evaporated milk (you can use the milk of your choice, I rarely drink milk so I have to use canned) 12oz
1 can 98% Fat Free Campbell's Broccoli Cheese Soup

Directions

Combine soup and milk and whisk until blended. Add tuna and break up with a fork. If you are in the pureed stage you can blend with an immersion blender or a regular blender and this will work for you as well. Heat to simmering and then remove from heat and serve.

I find that the cheese flavor really masks the taste and smell I dislike so much in tuna and each 1/2 cup serving is nearly 10g of protein.
