Ingredients

1.5 Tbsp. of tom yum paste
1 Tsp. of garlic paste
1 Tsp. of ginger paste
1 dash of fish sauce
rice wine vinegar *unsweetened, NOT seasoned*
1-5 dashes of hot sauce (optional, to taste)
Hot water
Tips
also a great marinade, just use a tsp of water to "loosen" the mix if needed to coat your protein.
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together all the flavorings with some hot water.
Cut a piece of aluminum foil big enough to wrap your fish/chicken/pork in a papillote.
Lay your protein, spoon mix on top. Fold over to seal together the edges tightly.
Bake in a preheated 350'F oven for 10-15 minutes, it depends on how thick your fish/chicken/pork is.
Serving Size: serves 2
