My 4-yr-old daughter and I made this - delicious! I didn't have any strawberries, so substituted one banana. We also used vanilla soy milk. I froze the rest for breakfast ice cream. - 4/25/09

I love it. Just finished making it. I am sharing with my little 4 year old daughter and added a bit of honey to it. It is a wonderful filler up and energizer. - 10/20/08

Made this last night as a treat and it was SO yummy! We threw in a frozen banana as well - it was so rich and creamy... we made it serve three instead of 2... but I can see how freezing it for ice cream would work too! I will try that next time! Super Yummy!!! It was a big hit! - 5/22/08
