Very delish! Very easy! I added some whey protein to boost the protein content.
Did the same w/ a frozen bananna & scoop of vanilla protein mix... Good Stuff...!
I substituted blackberries for the raspberries. I too noticed the milk not included in the nutritional calorie count. It was YUMMY!
It was very good. The nutritional information I think it incorrect though since it doesn't account for the milk.
