I enjoyed the smoothie--but there were lots of ingedients! You can lose the orange juice and toss in tangerine--just as good but not as high in calories!
what I like is knowing exactly how many calories there are in something I make...good idea
Can't wait to make it. Hubby & I make these adding 2 scoops of protein powder. One scoop per person. EAS brand is very good & increases your protein intake.
