Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very interesting flavor. I think it was a bit too gingery for my taste. Next time I'll cut the ginger down to 1/2 tsp. I also added 1 tsp. cinnamon ,a dash of cloves, and vanilla extract, and honey. I substituted 1 cup fat free yogurt and 1 cup skim milk for the soy- it made a nice, thick drink.
there's conflicting information on the calorie count here;page one say 288 per serving, while page 2 says 181.5. Which is it? I would think twice about a smoothie with that many calories, that's one fourth my daily allowance. Think I'll drink water and leave the soy milk for my cereal.
