Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Not sure I can face peanut butter first thing in the morning, so I changed it for some ground flax seed. More fiber that way. Fiber fills you up.
It was very good. I used peanut butter powder in place of the peanut butter and added a teaspoon of sugar. Will definitely make again!
Love it!!! Satisfied my chocolate craving. Made one serving and used sugar free chocolate syrup.
This is an awesome combination of flavors! I love it!!
I always have frozen bananas in my freezer for smoothies. I use chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa powder.
another very good recipe. I added Jillian Michaels Whey protein powder to it
OMG! So yummy! I used 1% milk and added protein powder and flax seed. This will be in my rotation for protein shakes.
this was really delicious, but my husband thought it was too strong and needed sugar so i added 1/2 cup of vanilla icecream. hubby thought still too strong but I loved it, and most of the kids liked it. I think I may have added 2 much cocoa though.. doubled recipe and lost count
This was delicious. I used the soy milk and added little splenda, along with scoop of protien powder and 10 almonds.
I could get addicted to this one. Plenty of protien from the powder and the peanut butter. The pb also added needed fat in my day.
Yummy! I used skim milk in place of the soy milk (but will try it w soy milk), 2/3 banana, 4 tsp of cocoa powder, and added stevia for sweetener. I like the idea of adding protein powder because I don't get enough protein. My hubby loved it!
This is my favorite smoothie recipe I have made as yet! Although I did mix it up a little bit. I use skim milk instead of soy, add some fiber one cereal to it, reduced fat PB, and sometimes some fat free yogurt! IT is great, smooth, and fills me up for a long time!
Our family likes the taste of p'nut butter, and we like our smoothies colder, so I added 2T of butter and ice cubes. I also added a serving of protein powder; it's always a challenge for me to get enough protein every day. My kids are thoroughly enjoying it.
