sound great but the calories are high. i make a variant using 1 whole banana with 5 frozen strawberries and 8 oz. apple juice lighter and lower in calories
I make a variant of this using 8oz SoyMilk & around 75g of both Banana & Frozen Blueberries (& the protein powder). Just a tad lower in fat.
