I've never used apple juice before and it was a nice addition. The only changes made was the addition of protein whey, frozen bananas and no ice. Nice dessert...Thanks!
I used 2 oz of pineapple juice and a Tbsp. of fat free plain Greek yogurt. instead of the apple juice.
Needs some more fiber. I like my smoothies as thick as milkshakes, not watery.
My family and love smoothies. We used Almond milk instead of apple juice. NO kiwifruit so we used frozen blueberries. What does this do to the calories,etc.? We loved our version.

Very good. Added 1 scoop protein powder and 2T Flax meal and used a diet Cranberry juice instead of the apple juice. Was excellent.
Add some protein powder so it's not quite the sugar(fruit) rush. Not good for diabetics.

I like the idea that a snack is healthy. It's got good carbs, fiber, and flavor.
Way to many calories for something that gives very little nourishment. Although you would get 4 or 5 daily fruits in one blow.
