Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This dessert "feels" like soft-serve, and you can sweeten it to taste with splenda. Great low-fat substitute for ice cream. I've made it several times and love it!
My hubby and I loved it! We like to have dessert after dinner sometimes and this was perfect! Usually my hubby wants ice cream and I like smoothies.we both love this. It tasted great and is low cal/fat! Love it!!
I used Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt (this one is sweetened with Splenda) and cut 20 calories per serving out of it! It's a keeper! I'm getting more 1/2 cup containers and making a bunch to have on hand when I get a sweet craving!
I used frozen blueberries instead of strawberries. I also used a frozen over-ripe banana that I defrosted in the microwave for just a few seconds . It made a nice afternoon treat. I used low fat yogurt but might use non fat yogurt also.
verygood helps satisfy ice cream cravings. I add protein powder to mine to help me get all the protein I need.
