Garlic and Veggie Pasta With Shrimp
This is a flavorful, filling dish that can be served with or without the shrimp. I have made it vegetarian, with shrimp and with chicken. You can also use any cheese you like. Parmesean is ok, but I prefer somthing with a little more flavor like feta.
