Ingredients

12 oz whole grain penne pasta
1½ lb peeled and deveined, wild-caught raw shrimp

3 Tbsp light butter with canola oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding shrimp during last 3 minutes of cooking. Combine pasta and shrimp with remaining ingredients; toss until well blended.
