1½ lb peeled and deveined, wild-caught raw shrimp
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup fat-free milk
3 Tbsp light butter with canola oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
Tips

Directions
