Ingredients

    *Barilla PLUS Thin Spaghetti 1/8 box 2oz, 4 serving (remove)
    Feta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled (remove)
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 4 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz (remove)
    White Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)
    *Campbell's low sodium chicken broth, .5 cup (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Parsley, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

In a dutch oven, cook pasta as directed on the package. Drain; retun to saucepan.

Stir in spinach and oil and cover to keep warm.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the remainder of the ingredients.

In a large skillet, heat the reamining 1 tsp of oil over med-high heat. Add onion, stiring for 1 min.

Add shrimp, sundried tomatoes garlic and pepper flakes, cooking for 2 minutes.

Stir in win, broth, salt and pepper, cooking for 2 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and firm.

Remove from the heat and stir in the feta, parsley and butter until the butter is melted. Add the shrimp mixture to the pasta and toss.

Serve immediately.
