Ingredients

    12 oz uncooked whole-grain penne pasta
    1 lb frozen cooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/3 2% milk
    3 tbsp. margarine
    3 cloves garlic, minced


Tips

Served with a fresh salad and a light vinaigrette.


Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, adding shrimp during the last 3 minutes of cooking; drain.

Return to pan and add remaining ingredients; toss until well blended. Divide into 6 servings.

Serve warm.
