Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 box whole wheat spaghetti
1 12 ounce bag peeled and cooked salad shrimp
    8 baby portobello mushrooms
    1 yellow squash
    1 zucchini
    1 orange bell pepper
    1/2 vidallia onion
    3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup kraft free zesty Italian dressing
1/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan cheese
3 tbs. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Tips

This is my first time cooking with shrimp and mushrooms. I am definitely open to ideas! I put a garlic and herb laughing cow cheese wedge on my bowl and mixed it up. It gave it a nice creamy texture.

Directions

Marinate shrimp in salad dressing, season to taste with salt and pepper. Peel and cut vegetables into even pieces. Peel and mince garlic. Saute vegetables and garlic in a lightly oiled skillet. Season with Mrs. Dash Seasoning. Cook pasta according to package directions. Halfway through sauteing vegetables add shrimp and heat until shrimp is warmed. Drain cooked pasta. Add to skillet with vegetables and shrimp. Toss until combined. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
