Tahini has about the same calorie/fat analysis as peanut butter, so use accordingly. Very delicious, nutritious, and a source of "good fat". Just be aware of portion size. This recipe serving size is for 1 teaspoon of tahini. I do love my tahini!
I didn't realize tahini was low calorie and low fat, so I avoided it in the past. This is GREAT for variety in veggie flavors.
