Yum! I made this with sprouted garbanzo beans instead and added the water from the sprouting tray. My version turned out a little salty, but we just added more beans. This recipe is delicious and converts well for raw foodists!
I just made this and it was yummy - I added more lemon and just used some fresh cracked salt - so I know it was less than the recipe called for. Thanks for sharing!
This is the same recipe that was taught to me by my aunts they are lebanese. However, I leave out the salt. Very delicious.
