Ground Turkey Breast and Grilled Vegetable Lasagna
This is a low-fat version of lasagna. I used ground turkey breast instead of ground beef and fat free ricotta cheese. You can make this even healthier by using whole grain pasta and fat free Italian Cheese for the topping. The zucchini and eggplant is rather scant, so feel free to add as many veggies as you wish.
