The sodium is outrageous for one serving. It's OVER the maximum allowance for sodium per day for one person. I haven't made it yet but I'd probably leave out the soy sauce. Isn't there soy sauce in teriyaki already? Jiff Reduced Fat has 250 mg. per 2 T, Skippy R. F. has only 170.
