Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made this today except I used Venison instead of ground turkey. I also didn't have refried beans so I added 1 cup corn and used my homemade taco seasoning because it has less salt. I also added 3 cloves of garlic. Very good
Super yummy! I made it pretty much to the letter, except that I used corn tortillas because I had those on hand (bonus, fewer calories), and I used my own spices rather than a taco seasoning packet (brings down the sodium). This dish was heavy and filling. I also topped it with some salsa. Delish!
Really liked this a lot. I used corn tortillas instead of flour to help cut down the calories and only did 2 layers of the tortillas. I will be making this again soon!
This is so good and so easy to make. Though I would prefer fewer calories and less sodium, I will definitely make it again. It will be a "splurge" recipe.
Wow, this is excellent. I did however make one teeny change. I used low carb tortillas & low sodium taco seasoning.
This was SOOO good. My husband ate 4 servings! LOL! It was very hard to limit portion size since it was so yummy, but we ended up with 3 pieces in the freezer for self-made microwave dinners. I took a star off because of the high calorie content.
Delicious. I topped it with jalepenos and DH topped his with low fat sour cream.
I love this recipe. DH said it is the best tasting dinner we have had in a long time! LOL! Make sure to hold yourself to one serving (because the calories are a little high), and have a nice salad with this, and it makes a wonderful dinner.
Sounds great, but loaded with sodium. Not Good for people watching that but it sure makes me wanna eat it!!
