Nutrition & Calorie Comments

For those questioning the nutritional values, if you use the 'Ingredients Detail' link at the bottom on the nutrion panel, it will show exactly what was included in the calculations. Just a tip on that.
I have mine in the oven right now and I too, am confused about the number servings, tortilla size and cheese. I used 1/2C fat free cheddar in the mixture and 1/2C on the top. I have 1/2 frying pan left to freeze. I keep tatsing what's left in the pan and it it delicious!! Forget the tortillas!
Confusing directions and nutrition info (see tortilla comments above) - why did it say to add the cheese at one point then later said "add the rest of the cheese"? Needs to mention the need to split it.
There's no size and no. on the tortillas, so was that calculated into the nutritional info at all? I would also like to know what size is a serving and maybe even what size cans of beans and tomatoes were supposed to be used. I may need to input my own ingredients to find out N.I. for myself.
what size are the tortillas? That makes a big difference in calories.
