Very good! My picky husband and picky 2 year old both liked it - hard to find that in a low fat recipe. Thanks!
My concern is the sodium. That is half a day's worth in one meal. Sounds really good otherwise. I wonder if something else could be done to reduce the sodium some.
I didn't have any hot sauce, so I found the mix a little bland. I added jalapeno, crushed black pepper and salt and some fresh cilantro, all good additions, and some chicken for extra protein. Great recipe!
