I make this for all my parties and get togethers and people love it and can't believe it's so low fat! I add a layer of ground turkey made with taco seasoning which adds some fat/calories, but it's delicious!
I doubled it and took it to a pot-luck! No one knew it was fat free. i also made it with the fat free black bean refried beans and it gave more zest! I added some hot salsa in the middle which also gave it punch!
this is to die for!!! sooo yummy!! i added some scallions as well and my goodness!!! if u use different brands of the fat free stuff u can lower the sodium too. but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i served it at a party and it was the first thing gone
