Introduction

Ingredients

    In order of bottom of dish to top. dish here is 8x8 glass dish. if using longer dish, double ingredients.

    1st layer: fat free Refried beans, 1 can
    2nd layer: Fat Free Chili, 1 can
    3rd layer: 1/2 jar- 1 jar salsa
    4th layer: 1 container fat free sour cream
    5th layer: fat free chedder cheese/taco cheese
    6th layer: shredded ice berg lettuce to cover
    7th layer: sprinkle diced tomotoes
    8th layer: sprinkle diced chiles
    9th layer: sprinlkle black olives

    chill for 2 hour if any ingredients were hot when u put them in. if not serve and enjoy!

Directions

-You can add ground beef or ground turkey made with taco seasoning on top the chilli if you want. -

Just put everything in layers from top to bottom.
Serve with lays baked tortilla chips, or on top of salad greens, or even sea salt pita chips. All very yummy. Ive even stuffed whole wheat wraps with the dip. Very yummy!!!

Hot sauce can be used for more kick too!! just sprinkle on your serving!

Very yummy and full of protein!

    this is to die for!!! sooo yummy!! i added some scallions as well and my goodness!!! if u use different brands of the fat free stuff u can lower the sodium too. but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i served it at a party and it was the first thing gone - 8/31/07

    I doubled it and took it to a pot-luck! No one knew it was fat free. i also made it with the fat free black bean refried beans and it gave more zest! I added some hot salsa in the middle which also gave it punch! - 6/24/09

    Made this over the weekend when we had some friends over. I never got to put the lettuce or tomatoes on it because everyone dug right in! We used jalepenos instead of chilis, and everyone loved it!! My husband is still enjoying the leftovers!! - 2/4/08
