This is very good and helps with the sweet cravings. I use sugar free black cherry and throw in a half cup of frozen black cherry's . I also use Greek yogurt (less sugar, more protein. Top it with the sugar free Cool Whip. Yummm
I also like to layer sugar-free vanilla and sugar-free chocolate pudding (made with 2% milk) in a parfait dish, then top with sugar-free CookWhip. (I'm diabetic.)
Fun to make--low in calories and good---highly recommend this!
I've made this with instant pudding and sugar free Cool Whip (since I'm diabetic) with out yogurt and it really takes care of the sugar craving!
I use the sugar free cool whip, with the sugar free jello, and the same favored yogurt as the jello, very very good . Add the fruit too.
This is very good and so easy to make. It sure satisfied my sweet tooth. My husband loved it too. He is a diabetic so has to watch his sugar and I have to watch my fat count. This was excellent for both of us. We loved it.
I have tried this with sugar free pudding (vanilla) and added bananas ! tastes like cream pie without the crust
I've posted something very similar to this on several of my teams. I take SF,FF jello, add 1 cup boiling water, wire whip till dissolved. Add 2 ice cubes, stir till melted then wire whip yogurt in till smooth. Top with cool whip. You can eat the whole bowl for 150 calories or less!
This sounds great between the ease of making it and the low cal and fat. Perfect for a winner!
This sounds great and the calories are almost nothing. I can't wait to try it. Thanks
