Introduction

A great way to get some of your RDA of fiber and chocolate! A great way to get some of your RDA of fiber and chocolate!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 squares of Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate (the larger squares from the 8 oz. bar)
    1/2 cup Fiber One cereal

Directions

Melt chocolate in microwave on High 30 seconds at a time until melted.
Mix in cereal and stir until all cereal is coated.
Scoop 4 servings onto wax paper and put in refrigerator until cooled.
Yummy!

    I liked this. It was simple and good. I was thinking "oh no, I am supposed to get four servings out of a 1/2 cup of cereal. But it really does spread out nicely. And it is rich so a little will do ya! Enjoy! - 1/19/09

    These were fantastic. I added a small scoop of natural peanut butter to the mix and it came out even better. The third batch I did with the chocolate and peanut butter and then sprinkled a pinch of coarse sea salt on top. SOOO good and healthy too! - 4/25/11
