Ingredients

    (450 - 500g) 1lb of turkey or any other meat of your choice
    (250g) 1 cup of plain yogurt
    1tbsp tandoori spice
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper (any colour)
    9 medium mushrooms



Tips

be prepared to get sticky :-)


Directions

Take the turkey (or any other meat) and chop into chunks

Mix the yogurt and tandoori spice in a bowl.

Add the turkey and ensure it is well covered, then marinate for several hours (you can leave this in the fridge over night)

Chop vegetables in to chunks

Skewer vegetables and turkey on to skewers

Cook in grill, or on barbeque turning regularly

serve on a bed of rice or couscous
