Ingredients

    3 lbs fresh or frozen bay scallops
    1 26.5 oz can Hunt's No Sodium Added Spaghetti Sauce
    2 14.5 oz cans cut asparagus spears, drained
    1 8 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 tsp each garlic powder, tarragon, and marjoram
    1 16 oz box whole wheat spaghetti

Directions

Combine scallops with tomato sauce, mushroom, and spices in large saucepan, bring to a boil, simmer until scallops are opaque. Add asparagus, keep warm while preparing pasta.

Simmer pasta 9 minutes, or until done al dente, drain, combine with sauce, toss, and serve. You may sprinkle dried red pepper flakes or cracked black pepper over the top if desired.
