Ingredients

    Wild Salmon Filet, boneless/skinless, 4 oz.
    Onion Powder, 1/4 tsp.
    Garlic Powder, 1/4 tsp.
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1/4 cup
    Green Onion/Scallions, 2 tsp.
    Pinch of Salt/Pepper

Tips

Serve with 1 cup of fresh, baby Spinach Salad.


Directions

Use thawed Salmon Filet. Sprinkle Salmon with Onion Powder and Garlic Powder on each side. Grill Salmon or Saute' on top of stove (5-7 minutes per side) on medium heat. In a separate bowl, mix Sour Cream, Scallions and Salt/Pepper. Top cooked Salmon with Sour Cream mixture. Enjoy!
