Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Tbs Cooking Oil
    1 Onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 cups canned crushed tomatoes in thick puree (16 oz can)
    1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1/4 C. Water
    1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley
    3/4 tsp Salt
    1lb. Medium Shrimp, shelled
    3/4lb. Vermicelli

Directions

Heat oil in skillet, add onion cook til translucent. Add garlic & cook. Strick in tomatoes, red pepper, water, parsley & salt. Reduce & simmer 10 mins. Add shrimp & cook til shrimp pink, about 4 mins.

Boil noodles whilst you cook the shrimp.
