Ingredients

    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 4 oz
    Applesauce, sweetened, .5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    brown sugar .25 cup
    *Flour, white, .5 cup
    Flour, whole grain, 1 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 medium
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .5 cup
    Almonds, .5 cup, ground
    Egg white 1
    Oats, 3 cup

Directions

1 Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2 In a large bowl, mix together greek yogurt, sugars and applesauce, egg and flax seed (or chia seed)
2. In a separate bowl combine flours, protein, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon
3. Combine ingredients and add almonds, cranberries and oats. mix well
4. Lightly spray cookie sheet and spread evenly over sheet.
5. Cook for 10 minutes or until edges are
3 Mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon,protein powder and nutmeg together in medium bowl. Stir dry ingredients into butter-sugar mixture. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Stir in oats.
4 Spread out on a cookie sheet
5 Bake until cookie edges turn golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets. Cut them into bar sections
