Ingredients
-
• 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 0.5 cup margarine, melted
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 0.75 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 0.75 cup butterscotch chips
• 1.5 cups flaked coconut
• 1 and 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
Tips
Go very slow when distributing condensed milk. The coconut layer underneath makes it very difficult to correct empty gaps with knife or spoon after.
Directions
1. In small microwave-safe bowl, melt margarine in microwave.
2. Pour margerine into 9 by 9 inch pan. Gently mix in graham crumbs until there are no dry patches. Spread mixture out evenly to create bottom crust.
3. Spread chopped walnuts evenly across crust.
4. Repeat step 3 with both semi-sweet and butterscotch chips. Next cover with cocunut.
5. Carefully pour condensed milk evenly across top.
6. Place in middle of oven. Bake for 22-28 minutes.
7. Let cool for atleast 50 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 24 1.5 by 1 inch pieces.
