Yummy uncooked salsa that compliments any tostito, chicken or turkey. Yummy uncooked salsa that compliments any tostito, chicken or turkey.
Number of Servings: 24


    10 ounces scallions, roughly chopped
    3 ounces cilantro leaves
    3 ounces jalapeņos, seeded & chopped
    1.5 lbs fresh or frozen cranberries, rinsed,washed and finely chopped
    3/4 cup honey
    1/2 cup orange, pineapple & banana juice
    1 lime freshly squeezed with pulp


Be sure to rinse cranberries and pick through for stems. The pulp from the lime adds to the zest, or add orange zest of using bottled lime juice. D

Do NOT make or store in metal bowl as the citrus will react with the metal.


1. combine scallions, cilantro, jalapeņos in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix with cranberries.
2. Blend honey with orange and lime juice, mix into salsa.
3. Chill for at least one hour, enjoy with tortilla chips or on any grilled/roasted chicken or turkey.
Shelf-life 3-4 days
