Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups dry brown rice
    5 Johnsonville mild Italian sausage links
    1 can of La Costena black beans (or other brand)
    1 small box of Del Fuerte Salsa (190 grams)
    Water for cooking rice

Directions

Cook rice and sausage according to package directions. When finished, cut sausage links into bite-size pieces and mix in rice, beans, and salsa. Serve with salad or other fresh veggies. Enjoy!
