Ingredients

    3 lb pork tenderloin roast
    3 tsp crushed garlic
    1 tsp chinese 5 spice
    1 tsp curry
    1 tsp turmeric
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
    2 tlb e.v.o.o.
    1/2 tsp liquid smoke
    1 tsp johnnys seasoning
    juice from 1 lime

serve with steamed veggies, and rice. veggies and rice will add extra calories to meal...


Directions

sprinkle roast with johnnys seasoning, and pepper. brown in large skillet w/1 tlb e.v.o.o.
in slow cooker put 1 tlb e.v.o.o. and liquid smoke. in a bowl mix lime juice, garlic and dry ingredients. after browning roast place in slow cooker and pour lime mixture over, cover with a lid and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours... cook til no longer pink in center
