Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
1/2 tsp salt
Pampered Chef Creole Rub, 1 tbsp
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
Jennie-O Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage, 14 oz
Chicken Broth, 2 cup
Pasta, uncooked, 8 oz
Garlic, 4 cloves - chopped or pressed
Diced Tomatoes, 1 can (28 oz)
Tips
This recipe was written for use the the Pampered Chef Deep Dish Baker. I've never tried it in another dish. Just be sure to allow plenty of room for expansion.
Original recipe called for 1 tbsp Creole seasoning, but it is spicy so adjust for your tastebuds.
Directions
Dice chicken and place in covered, microwaveable dish. Add salt and Creole rub. Mix well. Micro on high for 5 minutes, stirring once 1/2 way through. Meanwhile, chop onions, bell peppers and sausage.
Add tomatoes, broth, pasta and garlic to dish; mix well. Microwave,covered, on high for 10 minutes.
Add onion, peppers and sausage; mix well. Micro, coverd, on high for 10-12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Let stand, covered, for 5 min before serving.
