Ingredients

    1 lb Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 10.75 oz Can Chicken Broth
    3 Celery Stalks (medium sized)
    1 cup Onion, chopped coarsley
    5 Mushrooms (medium sized) thinly sliced
    4 cups Egg Noodles
    1 tsp Each of Sage, Ground Pepper, Marjoram & Thyme
    2 tsp Salt
    2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1/3 cup White All-Purpose Flour
    1/3 cup Water

Directions

Slice chicken breast into bite sized pieces, lightly salt, and fry in 2 tbsp of vegetable oil using a Dutch Oven. Once browned on all sides, add 1 can of chicken broth and 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Add dried spices to broth. Add chopped onions, celery, potatoes and mushrooms. Let simmer another 15 minutes.

Add 4 cups of Egg Noodles and cook until softened. Meanwhile, mix 1/3 cup of flour and 1/3 cup of cold water and mix thoroughly. Add to chicken stew while stirring slowly. Let simmer and thicken for an additional 10-15 minutes.
