Ingredients

    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 400 grams (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3.5 large (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 4.5 large (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    Feta Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Water, 1 tbsp
    Salt
    Pepper
    21 SEASONING SALUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Directions

Prepare bacon in microwave. Boil potatoes for 14 minutes. Saute onions in a pan with half of olive oil for 10 minutes. Cut up potatoes and saute in onion pan for another 10-15 minutes adding the rest of the olive oil. Add egg mixture and use rubber spatula around the edges (about 6 minutes). Put under Hi broiler for 3 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 LARGE pieces
