Easy Vegetable Pasta
I make most meals just for myself, and this is really easy to do for just one person. Minimal clean up too! I like to toss in a ton of mixed vegetables, whatever I have in my freezer, but I try to make sure I get a variety of colors included. The Barilla Plus pasta has extra protein, but you can add in some grilled chicken too.
